Shefaly Ravula (nicknamed Shef) has been cooking Indian cuisine since she was 10 years old. Her mother perfected her roti-making skills every afternoon after school! Shef's roots come from different regions of India and thus her cooking is composed of a unique blend of Southern Indian dishes as well as dishes from Northern India.  She has a background in the medical field, having practiced as a Physician Assistant for 7 years before finding her passion in the culinary world. This medical background along with her healthy lifestyle led to the desire to teach people that some Indian food can be relatively healthy without sacrificing flavor.  Shef also realized along the way that some Indian food, without trying to be, can be economical, vegetarian, vegan, and/or gluten-free.

This delicious menu will let us experience the flavors and traditions of an Indian homestyle meal.

Join us as we welcome Shef in the kitchen to learn more about Indian culture and cuisine. .
